This page explains data handling associated with the ForgeFrame Labs informational website, its links to independently hosted products and email support. ForgeFrame Labs is a software publishing brand covering developer tools, data automation and platform integrations.

Website technology
This website is served as static pages, images and a small local script for filtering its product directory. It does not provide an account sign-up, advertising pixels or custom visitor analytics. Its optional contact form uses FormSubmit as an external form delivery service; direct email remains available. The website host may process connection metadata, including IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website.
Localization QA browser tool
The free browser-based Localization QA Inspector processes the file you select locally on your device. It does not upload the contents of your localization CSV to a ForgeFrame Labs server. Check the product documentation for input format and limitations.
Website contact forms
Contact form submissions are sent using FormSubmit, an external form delivery provider. When you submit the form, your reply email, selected product, request type, message and any optional name or website are processed by that service to deliver the inquiry to forgeframe.lab@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, credentials or confidential customer files. Form delivery and retention are subject to the provider's privacy practices; for details see FormSubmit privacy information. If you do not wish to use this service, contact ForgeFrame directly by email.
Support and business email
If you contact us by email, we receive the address, message and information you choose to share. We use this correspondence to respond to support, product and integration inquiries. Messages may be retained as needed for follow-up or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Do not send passwords, API credentials, confidential projects or personal data that are not needed for the inquiry.
Hosting and other platforms
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. For infrastructure processing, see GitHub's privacy statement.
Links to Apify and other marketplaces take you to separate services with their own accounts, billing, processing and privacy practices. Review those providers' current policies before using their services. The product directory does not automatically sign you up or make purchases.
Contract Guard scope requests
The optional Contract Guard intake page assembles the information you enter locally in your browser and prepares a draft email or a copyable message. It does not send form contents to a ForgeFrame server and does not save form entries on the website. The visitor decides whether to send the email via their own email provider. We receive the information only if a message is actually sent to us. Do not include credentials, private API specifications or sensitive third-party records.
Payments for managed developer services
For optional paid setup services, we direct customers to a unique, order-specific Stripe-hosted checkout link only after confirming technical scope, responsible legal seller and delivery schedule in writing. Stripe collects and processes payment method and billing data; ForgeFrame Labs does not handle card numbers. We receive payment confirmation and information needed for providing the purchased service and billing records. See Stripe’s privacy policy and our service terms. We retain transaction records as required by applicable law.
Privacy requests
You can ask about information related to your correspondence, request a correction or request deletion where applicable law allows. Contact forgeframe.lab@gmail.com. Provide enough context to locate your message without sending identity documents unless necessary.
