CHANGE INTELLIGENCE / LIVE ACTOR

Run a first baseline. Use later runs to see observed changes.

Available on Apify
Best fit

Car dealers, market researchers and analysts tracking a repeatable public OTOMOTO search.

What it does

First run records the baseline; later scans report newly observed listings and asking-price or search-set changes.

Cost and access

Usage-based pricing through Apify. The current platform price and execution cost are shown before a run, not charged by this site.

Independent third-party tool, not an official OTOMOTO data service. A listing leaving results does not prove a sale; usage and source terms remain the user's responsibility.

Launch faster

Start with a search you already care about.

Use one of the existing Apify task examples. Each prefilled watch uses a public OTOMOTO search and can be adjusted to your preferred filters.

BMW 3 Series

Watch asking-price movement and newly appearing offers for a narrow model segment. Useful for vehicle sourcing.

Audi A4

Keep track of publicly visible competing offers, listing additions and repricing across repeated snapshots.

The examples are live saved tasks on Apify. They do not trigger scans until you run them from your own Apify account.

A straightforward process

From a saved search to useful change events.

01 / CHOOSE

Use a public search URL

Choose an example or paste a public OTOMOTO filtered search. The Actor does not access private seller accounts.

02 / BASELINE

Run your first scan

The first successful run stores a comparison baseline. Enable the optional current snapshot to view current listings.

03 / REPEAT

Watch the same segment

Run again with the same Apify account, exact search URL and snapshot key. Schedule recurring checks if needed.

04 / USE

Read and integrate changes

Review new listings and price changes in the dataset. Connect successful runs to your existing automation.

Designed for a specific job

Market observations, not another full listing scraper.

Otomoto Change Intelligence records a bounded snapshot of a public search result set and compares it with the previous successful snapshot. It supports targeted monitoring rather than collecting every field on every vehicle advertisement.

  • PRICE_CHANGE: observed asking-price or currency change
  • NEW_LISTING: offer entered your tracked search set
  • REMOVED_LISTING: offer disappeared from that result set
Control usage

Know what each scan can cost.

The Actor uses Apify pay-per-event pricing. The public listing currently displays pricing from US$10 per 1,000 source scans, with additional event charges possible. Actual charges depend on scanned pages and emitted events.

Review Apify's current pricing and your maximum run-charge limit before starting. The first run creates a baseline and may not contain historical price-change events.

The Actor monitors public OTOMOTO result pages. It does not guarantee complete marketplace coverage, vehicle availability or instant notifications. Alert delivery requires your configured schedule and integration.
Common questions

What to expect from the first run.

Why are there no price changes yet?

Your first successful scan establishes the baseline. A later successful run with the same search URL and snapshot key is needed to compare changes. Enable current-snapshot output if you want to inspect existing offers on the first run.

Does “removed” mean a car was sold?

No. It means the offer was no longer present in the monitored public search result window. It may have moved outside your selected filters, moved past the page limit or otherwise disappeared from those results.

Can I monitor a different region or model?

Yes. Choose your filters on the public OTOMOTO search website and use its resulting URL in the Actor. Use a stable snapshot key for recurring comparisons.

Will the Actor send email alerts automatically?

It produces structured dataset events. Use Apify Schedules and your own webhook, workflow platform or notification tool if you want delivered alerts. No standalone email subscription is included.

Is this an official OTOMOTO service?

No. ForgeFrame Labs operates an independent public-search monitoring tool distributed on Apify. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official API of OTOMOTO.

Stop doing the same comparison manually.
